Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.     

The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated.13.06.2024. 

Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused Punhal S/o Bhago Khan Jamali, before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/ accused & SPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished. One Shaman S/o Misri Jamali, R/o Village Ahmed Khan Jamali, Phulji Village, Phulji Jagheer, Taluka Johi, District Dadu is present and stood surety for below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicant/ accused Punhal S/o Bhago Khan Jamali, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court on the date of hearing to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
