Whereas, learned advocate for applicant / accused namely Amjad S/O Ali Muhammad Brohi has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicant/accused after hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.
