Whereas, accused namely Arbab Ali s/o Rasool Bux Mahar, (name of accused in remand is written as Arbab s/o Rasool Bux Mahar) who was remanded into your jail custody for want of surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponents namely Abid Ali s/o Arbab Ali r/o Waloo Mahar, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
