Whereas, the above named accused persons remanded to your Jail under the remand of this court the applicants/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing in person and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.100000/- (Rupees one lac ) each in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above have furnished the required PR bond to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named applicants/accused (unless they are liable to be detained for some other cause) from your custody and after getting their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100000/- (rupees one lac )to be executed for their appearance this court on 25-06-2024, at 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court..
