Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ASIF ALI S/O GHULAM YASEEN @ ABBAS BY CASTE MEMON and upon hearing Mr.Amir Ali Bhutto, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Ameen S/O Abdul Wahab Ansari has stood surety for accused named above.
