Whereas, the above named applicant/accused have filed an application u/s 497 Cr. P. C before this Court through his counsel in the above case/crime and this Court after hearing the arguments of the learned ADPP for the state and learned counsel for applicant/accused, have been granted bail, subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Today viz. 01.02.2024 the requisite surety has been furnished.
You are therefore, authorized and directed to release the accused Nabi Bux @ Cheena S/o Khamiso by caste Belicho forthwith, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case/crime after causing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands only) to be executed by them before you and to certify its execution by endorsing below this writ that he be bound down to appear before this court/trial Court and return this writ duly complied within three days after receipt thereof along with the recognizance bond.
