Whereas, accused namely i). Qutubuddin s/o Muhammad Nawaz Waseer and ii). Muhammad Ali s/o Inayatullah Mahar, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Badaruddin s/o Muhammad Nawaz by case Waseer, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, they are no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty thousands) each with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
