Whereas, counsel for applicant/accused named above has filed bail application U/S: 497, Cr.P.C. After hearing the arguments this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand Rupees only) with PR Bond in the like amount. The mother of accused appeared and submitted application duly annexed with her affidavits for accepting PR bond. Same allowed and order passed on it.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above case/crime forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case. The P.R. bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and the same may be returned back after obtaining the signature/L.T.I from the applicant/accused. The applicant/accused is directed to appear before this Court on 20.06.2024 at 08:30 a.m, to stand his trial.
