Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has passed Order in Criminal Bail Application No. S-339/2024 applicant/accused Abdul Hameed s/o Muhammad Ramzan by caste Mirani upon furnishing surety of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) and personal recognizance bond in the like amount. The applicant/accused has furnished the required surety before this court and same has been accepted.
