SUBJECT RELEASE LETTER.
WHEREAS, applicants/accused 01-Muhib Ali, 02-Khuda Bux both sons of Zulfiqar Ali by caste Kandhro, 03-Qamaruddin son of Hamz Ali Massan, have been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand Only) each and PR bond in the like amount, to the entire satisfaction of this Court vide BA order dated 15.06.2024, in connection with Criminal Bail Application No.823/2024 Re-Muhib Ali Kandhro and others VS The State for offence U/S 402,399,324,353,148,149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.98/2024 of PS Nasirabad.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused have been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused persons forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
