Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnish surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thsousands) and P.R Bond in the like amount vide Order dated 17.1.2024. The accused has furnished required surety.
You are, therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in some other case/crime, after obtaining P.R Bond in the equal amount Rs.50,000/- (fifty thsousands) for his appearance before this Court, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the Bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
