Whereas, Sessions Case No.80/2024 Re-State Zulfiquar Ali Khoso & ors, arising out of Crime No.53/2023 for offence under section 302,114,148 & 149-PPC of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot against accused Zulfiquar son of Mohammad Saifal Khoso and 02. Ali Khan son of Illahi Bux Khoso has already been kept in abeyane by this Court vide order dated: 31-05-2024 and accused were directed to furnish required after lapse of 15 days from the date of order dated: 31-05-2024.
And whereas, such period has been completed and required surety on behalf of above named accused has also been furnished which is provisionally accepted.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith in this case after proper verification if they are not required in any other custoday case/crime and they shall be boun down to appear before this Court as and when aforementioned case shall be reponed/restored.
