SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SOHBAT ALI S/O SHAH BUX SOOMRO CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.166/2024, RE- SOHBAT ALI VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.06/2024 POLICE STATION SITE AREA, UNDER SECTION 353,324,399,401,427 ,148 AND 149 PPC.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  SOHBAT ALI SON OF SHAH BUX BY CASTE SOOMRO and upon hearing Mr.Ghulam Shabbir Soomro, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Karim Noonari DPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one              Mohbat Ali son of Shah Bux has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SOHBAT ALI SON OF SHAH BUX BY CASTE SOOMRO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
