Whereas the below named Appellants / accused has moved Criminal Revision Application under Section 435 R/w section 439 Cr. P.C, Read With Section 561-A Cr. P.C for Revision application is Allowed before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicants/ accused persons Revision has been Allowed and impugned order dated 11-06-2024 is hereby set aside, vide order dated 24-06-2024, in Criminal Revision Application No.S- 117 OF 2024 ( Soomar & Others Versus The State) to the above named Applicants/ accused subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each ( Fifth Thousand Rupees ) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
And whereas the Below named applicants/ accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand rupees only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.
