Accused Abdul Hameed Katohar after remaining absent for last two hearings has put appearance voluntarily today alongwith an application in which reason of excuse his absence has shown that he was ill so also his maternal grandmother had expired, but at least in case of absence for any reason an application should have been submitted to intimate, therefore his request is declined. Consequently, accused is directed to furnish fresh surety which at present he does not possess, therefore he is taken into custody and remanded to jail for want of fresh surety.
Whereas, the above named accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of this Court to face the pending trial U/S: 462- (i)-PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail through Mr: Abdul Waheed Wagho Advocate and where upon hearing Mr.Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C:DPP appearing on behalf of the state, this court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail on furnishing fresh surety in the sum of Rs:1,00,000/- and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above said accused has furnished the required fresh surety before this Court.
You are, hereby required to release forthwith above named accused from your custody, if he is not required to be detained in any other case after executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:1,00,000/- for his appearance before this Court On 06th: day of July, 2024 at 09-00 a,m and thereafter continue to attend as directed from time to time and certify execution of this writ within two days after its receipt.
