SUBJECT:-  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED, IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 24/2024, REGARDING: MUSHTAQUE AHMED AND OTHERS OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 337-A(ii), 114, 506/2, 147, 148 PPC CRIME NO. 23/2024, POLICE STATION: CHAK.

           Whereas in the above bail application, after institution bail application on behalf of accused 1. Mushtaque Ahmed 2. Mir Hassan both Sons of Gul Hassan 3. Altaf Hussain Son of Khamiso all by caste Indhar, and upon hearing Mr. Jamil Ahmed Brohi Advocate, counsel for the accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each in words (thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused have furnished the required surety.

           You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, they are not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. Rs. 30,000/- each in words (thirty thousand rupees) each, for appearing before this Court on 29^th June, 2024, at 08:30 a.m.
