The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused Anwar Ali s/o Raheem Bux by caste Lakhan upon furnishing surety of Rs.40,000/- (Fourty thousand Rupees) accused and personal recognizance in the like amount. The applicants/accused has furnished the required surety.
You are therefore, directed and authorized to release the below named applicant/accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Fourty thousand Rupees) accused for appearance before trial Court.
