WHEREAS, this Court already acquitted the below named accused u/s 345-(6): CR:PC , Vide Order dated:11-05-2024, 05-06-2024 and such intimation was also sent to your office by this court, however accused were remanded to jail for want of depositing of Diyat amount of minors of the deceased , The below named accused have deposited their share amount in the names of minors of legal heirs of deceased in the below mentioned case/crime.
