Whereas the advocate of applicants/accused named above have filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court for grant of bail after arrest and this court after hearing of advocate for applicants/accused and learned ADPP for state, granted bail after arrest to above named applicants/accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
