Whereas, this court hearing of learned advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the state granted bail to applicant/accused named above, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount in above mentioned case and Crime.
Whereas, Muhammad Aslam S/O Muhammad Azam Mastoi stood the surety on the behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand rupees only) and P.R bond and he submitted the affidavit along with required surety and same is provisionally accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail forth with if they are no more required in any other case of custody, after obtaining his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Twenty Five thousand rupees only) and P.R bond and return to this Court dully executed within three days after receipt thereof. Accused be bound down and directed to join the investigation to face his trial.
