Whereas, the above named accused is sent to your custody under the Remand Warrant of the Ist.Civil Judge and J.M Jacobabad, face the pending trial u/s 353,337-H2,402,399 PPC,,PPC, before this Court the presented an application for releasing his on bail through Mr.Rahim Bux Solangi Advocate for the applicants, and where upon hearing Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP for the State appearing on behalf of the state, this Court has Ordered on behalf of the state, that the above named accused be released on bail with direction to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) and furnish solvent surety and PR bond for their appearance before this Court accordingly.
