Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Mukhtiar Ahmed son of Qasim by caste Khoso and upon hearing Mr. Athar Iqbal Shaikh, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro A.D.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/-(Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Suleman son of illahi bux by caste Bhayo has stood surety of accused named above.
