Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of all accused persons mentioned below and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Raheem Ansari, Advocate for all accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro A.D.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the all accused persons mentioned below subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/-(Fifty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on behalf of all accused persons.
