Whereas, above mentioned Sessions Case was kept in abeyance against accused Abdul Qudoos @ Marho S/o Muhammad Hayat by caste Lashari, by this Court vide order dated.25.5.2024. It was further ordered that accused shall be released on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, learned counsel for accused filed application for reduction of surety amount which was allowed and surety amount Rs.50,000/- was reduced to Rs.25,000/-.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused by one Dilsher S/o Hidayatullah by caste Shahani R/o village Moundar, Taluka & District Dadu, which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Abdul Qudoos @ Marho S/o Muhammad Hayat by caste Lashari from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
