Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicants/accused namely Ashfaque Hussain @ Aatif son of Khadim Hussain, by caste Mastoi, in this Court after hearing the learned DDPP and advocate for applicant/accused, has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one lac) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, Pir Bux son of Allah Warayo Mastoi, R/o Mazoodrabad Mohallla Dadu, has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, dirtected to release below named accused, from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to attend the trial court.
