Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Farhan @ Raja son of Ali Akbar by caste Massan, vide B.A order dated: 27.06.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.853/2024 Re-Farhan @ Raja V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 402, 399, 324, 353, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 76/2024 of Police Station Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the Court of Learned Civil Judge & J.M-I, Nasirabad, positively.
