Whereas, the above named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the Learned Civil Judge & J.M Garhi KHairo to face the pending trial Under Section 9 (i) 3 (B ) CNS Act before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail in person and where Mr Muzafar Ali Rind Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/c SPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/-(Twenty Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.
