Whereas, applicant/accused Gulzar Ali son of Muhammad Yousif by caste Solangi, has been granted post arrest Bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Muhammad Ayoub S/o Dur Muhammad R/o Village Sathi Machi Taluka & District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Gulzar Ali son of Muhammad Yousif by caste Solangi, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court.
