SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ARBAZ KHAN S/O ISHFAQ ALI KHOKHAR CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO. 167/2024, RE- ARBAZ KHAN KHOKHAR VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO. 296/2023 POLICE STATION ROHRI, UNDER SECTION 9(1)(3)(b) of CNS (Amend) ACT,2022.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  ARBAZ KHAN SON OF ISHFAQ ALI BY CASTE KHOKHAR and upon hearing Mr. Ghulam Nabi Shambani, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Karim Noonari SPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one              Mst. Bakhtawar Khatoon Wife of Ishfaq Ahmed Khokhar has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ARBAZ KHAN SON OF ISHFAQ ALI BY CASTE KHOKHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
