Whereas, accused namely Afsar Ali son of Nawab Ali by caste Malik, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Irfan Ali son of Abdul Latif by caste Malik, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before trial court on without fail.
