SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED AYAZ @KATAN SHAH S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD, NOODANI IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1524/2024, (AYAZ @ KATAN SHAH VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.75/2024 OF P/STATION CITY,HYDERABAD,           U/SECTION 23-1(A) SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AYAZ @KATAN SHAH S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD, NOODANI and upon hearing Mr.Imtiaz Ali Abbasi, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) nd P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas, learned Advocate for accused filed application for reduction of surety-ship amount which has been allowed and the surety-ship amount of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) is reduced to Rs.30,000/(thirty thousand) vide Order dated 03.7.2024 and the required surety has been furnished and         FAYAZ ALI S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD has stood surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) for the applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused           AYAZ @KATAN SHAH S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD, NOODANI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
