Whereas, applicant/accused Rasheed son of Roshan by caste Soomro, has been granted post arrest Bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Arif S/o Ghulam Murtaza Soomro R/o Ward No. 1 Soomra Muhala Johi Taluka Johi District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Rasheed son of Roshan by caste Soomro, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend trial Court.
