Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of applincat/accused Sabo s/o Ali, who is presently confined in your custody. After hearing the advocate for the accused and learhned ADPP for the state this Court has ordered that accused named above be released on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/- (Twenty thousand ) with PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, surety namely Dilmurad s/o Phull appear before this court and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in sum of Rs.20,000/- and same has been accepted.
You are therefore, directed to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime.
