Whereas, counsel for above named applicant/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S: 497-Cr.P.C before this Court in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments bail have been granted to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R. bond in the like amount for satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
