Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Abdul Ghani son of Muhammad Murad by caste Chawaro, vide B.A order dated: 06.07.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.31/2024 Re-Abdul Ghani Chawaro V/S The State for the offence under section 380, 457 PPC, arising out of Crime No.16/2024 of Police Station Behram, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 30.07.2024 at 08- am positively.
