The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Abdul Waheed son of Kadir Bux Malik stood as surety for the accused Naveed Ahmed @ Abdul Naveed Malik and Ahsan Ali son of Haji Nathar Muhammadani R/O Abdul Ghani Taluka Rohri stood as surety for accused Shah Ali son of Dur Muhammad Mohammadani in the sum of Rs:10,000/-each and P.R in the like amount, which have been accepted by this court.
