Whereas, in below cited case and crime accused wali Muhammad son of Ghulam Qadir Solangi was convicted by this court earlier. Criminal Appeal was filed in Honourable High Court of Sindh, circuit court Larkana, wherein appeal was allowed vide judgment dated 04.07.2024, the conviction and sentence awarded to the appellant/accused Wali Muhammad by this court, are set a side. Consequently, he is acquitted of the offences, for which he is charged, tried, convicted and sentenced by this court.
