Whereas , this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused 1-Aijaz son of Khadim Hussain 2-Ghulam Hyder @ Ali Hyder son of Ghulam Nabi 3-Khadim Hussain son of Wahid Bux all by caste Magsi, vide B.A order dated: 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.33/2024 Re-Aijaz Magsi & others V/S The State for the offence under section 337-Ai,Fi, 506/2, 337-Hii, 504, 114, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.09/2024 of Police Station Khabbar, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 15.07.2024 at 08- am positively.
