WHEREAS applicant/accused (1) Danish S/O Saadullah have moved an application praying for bail in the above noted case, before this Court after the hearing of the bail application this court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release (1) Danish S/O Saadullah forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only to execute by the said applicant accused before you, the Superintendent District Jail Malir ,Karachi and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court which within three days from the receipt thereof.
You are also required to direct the applicant/accused above named to appear before Trial Court.
