Whereas, accused Papan alias Farhan son of Wazeer by caste Chandio was admitted on bail by this court vide order dated: 30.04.2024 in Crl. Bail application No. 24/2024 Re- Papan alias Farhan Chandio Versus the State (filed in Crl. Case No.209/2024 The State Versus Jameel & others) for offence u/s 401, 353 PPC, bearing Crime No.77/2024 of PS Kamber city, but he was remanded to judicial custody vide this office Order/letter No. CJ & JM-II/- 558 of 2024, dated: 16.05.2024 for want of fresh surety.
And whereas, the required /fresh surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused which has been accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused in above said case/crime forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this court and accused be bound to appear before this court on 24.07.2024 at 08:30 am without fail.
