SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED AIJAZ AHMED S/O MOMIN BY CASTE MAHAR IN 1^ST CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO: S-230/2024, REGARDING: AIJAZ AHMED MAHAR V/S THE STATE UNDER SECTION: 302, 337-A,(I),F(I), 147,149,PPC CRIME NO:09/2023, POLICE STATION: BACHAL BHAYO. 

                   Whereas applicant/accused namely AIJAZ AHMED S/O MOMIN BY CASTE MAHAR, preferred bail application before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, for grant bail after arrest, through his counsel Mr. Jamil Ahmed Brohi Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (in words two lac), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified from Hon’ble High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide letter No: 11970/LCC/Cr:B.A.No: S-479/2023& s-230/24-01.2024 Larkana Dated: 27-06-2024.

                        After receiving bail order and its confirmation such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this court, which is accepted by this court.

                        YOU ARE, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (in words two lac), for appearing before this Court on: 31-07-2020, at 08:30. A.M.
