Whereas; the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana has granted bail to applicant/accused named below 1^st Criminal B.A No.S-764/2024, Re: Irfan Ali Veesar V/S The state, for Offence U/S: 302,109,34,PPC in Crime No.135/2022 of P.S Ratodero in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two lac Rupees only) & P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/accused. Which is accepted.

You are hereby directed to release the below named UTP/accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. Accused should be bownd down to appear before this Court on 27-07-2024, at about 8-30 a.m without fail.
