Whereas accused named below involved in the below cited Cr.Appeal the above named appellate/accused was convicted by Court of Consumer Protection Judge, N.Feroze vide Judgment dated 05-7-2024, whereas he was convicted U/S 489-F PPC and sentenced to suffer Simple imprisonment for the priod of one years and also fined to the extendt of Rs. 5,000/-. Thereafter the appellant/accused preferred appeal against the Judgment of Consumer Protection Court and so also filed application u/s 426 Cr.Pc which was allowed by this court and the appellant/accused is released on bail.
