Whereas, applicant/accused Riaz S/o Muhammad Sulleman Chandio, has been granted post arrest Bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Dilbar S/o Manzoor Hussian Chandio R/o Village Parvez Khan Chandio Taluka K.N Shah District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Riaz S/o Muhammad Sulleman Chandio, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend trial Court.
