Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Larkana has granted bail vide order dated: 05.07.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Muqeem son of Muheem by caste Magsi, in Crl.B.A No.S-95/2024, in Re-Muqeem Magsi Versus The State, for offence U/S 376 (iii), 506/2, 511 PPC, bearing Crime No. 179/2023 of P.S A-Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (rupees One Lac only) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the applicant/accused, in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking their P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the applicants/accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused be bound down to appear before this court on 23.07.2024 without fail.
