WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant Court of Civil Judge & J.M-IV, Khairpur convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Azizullah Pathan Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state this Court ordered that the applicant/accused named above be released on bail on furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
