Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely Akram @ Gongo S/o Haji Uris by caste Khaskheli, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused, has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas one Muhammad Uris S/o Haji Usman Khaskheli, R/o Village Pipri, Taluka Dadu, has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Akram @ Gongo S/o Haji Uris by caste Khaskheli, in from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join the investigation/trial court to face his trial.
