SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 601/2024 REG. GHULAM HUSSAIN AND ANOTHER V/S THE STATE U/S 397-PPC CRIME NO: 61/2024 P.S. LAKHI GATE.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused 1.Ghulam Hussain, 2.Ghulam Shabir both sons of Suhno Khan both by caste Waseer who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 397-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each (Thirty thousand rupees only)  and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if they are no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 30,000/-each (Thirty thousand rupees only)  for his appearance concerned court.
