Whereas, applicants/accused 1.Hazur and 2.Khatir both sons of Mehboob by caste Khaskheli have been granted post arrest Bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac rupees) each and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Panah Khan S/o Ghulam Muhammad Khaskheli R/o Faridabad Taluka Mehar District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Hazur S/o Mehboob Khaskheli & Khatir S/o Mehboob Khaskheli, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each and submit such P.R before this Court.
