Whereas, applicants/accused Nadir Ali @ Nadir S/o Qadir Bux Panhwar has been granted post arrest Bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Deen Muhammad S/o Muhammad Bakhsh Panhwar R/o Jhangal Panhwar Taluka Johi District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Nadir Ali @ Nadir S/o Qadir Bux Panhwar, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each and submit such P.R before this Court.
